Hey! What a fun blog! I had fun looking back at your old posts during the wedding planning process.. I am in the middle of mine and I found your blog because I am actually thinking about booking my wedding with Star Ranch Golf Course.. I was wondering if you could possible answer these questions so I could have an idea of how it went at this site! Thanks so much!

Me about your venue: The main thing that attracted me and Vance to our venue was, it felt very "us". That was a big part of our wedding process, we wanted it all to just be us...fun, relaxed and sweet. We knew from the start we wanted the ceremony and reception in one place and we wanted some southern flare, so Star Ranch gave us just that!

What did you like about it? I loved that they were a one stop shop so to speak. We only had to worry about our photography, dj, wedding cake and officiant. Samantha and team were super accessible (through the entire year of planning) and helpful.

What did you hate about it? Looking back now, I wish the dance floor was a little bigger.

How involved did you want them to be? Our package came with an event coordinator, but as far as decor, I was in charge of all of that. But they did the sit up for me the day of, as well as ran the time line. That was VERY helpful!

What services did they offer? What services would you have liked them to offer? They offered, food, beverage, set up and tear down and the day of coordinating services.

What sold you on choosing that specific venue? Definitely the rustic feel of the venue and the friendly and helpful staff. Plus it has a gorgeous view!
